Fluoride project except Mengcheng County Sanyi town drinking water

  Engineering background:

  Mengcheng county is one of the key counties of fluorine pollution in our country, most of the county's population of 1 million 300 thousand are affected by high fluorine pollution. Although in recent years in support of the state of Anhui province and Mengcheng county government set up dozens of rural drinking water safety engineering works, but the troubled part of the water fluorine treatment of complex process, high operating cost and other issues, so Mengcheng County on the high efficiency and low cost of the state's major breakthrough for fluoride removal the technology has urgent needs.

  Water state: mainly for high fluorine water, raw water fluoride content was 2.0~3.3mg/L, the national standard 1.0mg/L (GB5749-2006)

 

  Experimental data:

  In December 2013, Department of environmental science and technology in Lin (Anhui) Limited by Share Ltd in San Yi Town water on fluoride system test was carried out using nano adsorption technology. The following table is part of the test data. The test results show that the effluent can reach the national standard.

 


  Technological advantage:

  The removal of micro pollutants in drinking water using nanotechnology, is the Chinese Academy of sciences research scientists creative out of the composite structure system of various nano materials / conventional materials, the design principle and preparation methods to explore the compound structure system, nano scale natural mineral composite materials, nano oxide / active carbon and nano particles / natural a total of 10 kinds of cellulose composite material structure. The water depth integrated system is mainly for micro polluted water exceed the standard of arsenic and fluorine and humic acid content of the purification, is specifically targeted at the nanometer depth of arsenic and fluorine and exceed the standard humic acid content of the purification technology, so that the micro polluted water after the comprehensive treatment of the system can reach the national standard for drinking water. Compared with the conventional removal method, it has the following obvious advantages:

  1, environmental protection: the adsorption of fluoride parts in the form of curing in the filter column, with the removal of fluoride materials as recycled construction materials. The regeneration liquid is neutral and does not cause two pollution to the water environment. The fluorine content in the regenerated liquid is not exceeded and can be discharged directly. Need to use fluoride materials commonly used in alkali regeneration, regeneration liquid fluoride seriously exceed the standard, in addition to the regeneration often need to use strong acid to pH balance, hydroxyapatite fluoride removal technology often cause it exceed the standard.

  2, long service life: as fluoride removal materials using natural mineral as the carrier, high strength, wear resistance, can be repeated regeneration for about 5 years.

  3, high stability: because the nano material activity is strong, the specific surface area is big, this fluorine removal material after many times regeneration, the adsorption capacity basically does not reduce.

  The adsorption performance of the conventional defluoridation material will decrease by 1-5% every time it is recycled, and it needs continuous supplement materials. Even so, the adsorption performance will decrease continuously.

  4, regeneration technology is simple: this material only needs a neutral regeneration for regeneration, without acid neutralization or activation, so the process is simple.

  5, the adsorption material is not lost: because the regeneration process without the strong acid and alkali dissolution or corrosion, the fluorine removal material will not be in use and regeneration process loss.

  Through the above analysis we can see that the adsorption of nano materials as a new type of water treatment technology in the project are better than other methods, and less investment, low operation cost and simple management, suitable for promotion and use in rural areas, urban groundwater water.
